For our Spring Wedding Fair at Stansted House, Lo & Behold Another Wedding Fair is delighted to host The Velvet Queen Archives Pop-Up Shop.
Their first-ever live archive sale — Velvet Queen presents a one-day bridal pop up featuring over 200 sample designer wedding gowns, all priced at just £399 and are ready to take away with you on the day. The average retail value of each gown is over £1,400 (original prices vary from £700–£2,299).
This is a rare opportunity to shop Velvet Queen dresses at an exceptional price. Dresses available are from internationally celebrated designers including: Evie Young, Dando London, Wilderly Bride, Willowby by Watters, Kenneth Winston and Bowen Dryden.
Dresses range from Size 6–28, with a good selection in each size (please contact Nicola at Velvet Queen for more details).
Whilst entry is free to the Velvet Queen Archives, you will need to book tickets to L&BAWF and pre-book a time slot (which you can do below). The appointments are limited, so be sure to book early to avoid disappointment. Please ensure to arrive promptly at your designated arrival time to make sure you get the best experience.
On arrival you will be greeted by a stylist and a glass of bubbles. You will then be shown around the selection of dresses and will get to choose which dresses you wish to try on, selections will be limited to 3 dresses at a time. You will then be shown into the crypt which will be transformed into 2 luxury dressing rooms, where you and your friends and family can select your perfect dress. Velvet Queen can accommodate parties of up to 3 people per group including the bride.
Once you have found your dress, payment in full is then due. Payment can be made by card or cash. All dresses can then be taken away on the day. If you have no where to store your dress, storage can be arranged with Velvet Queen for a one-off fee of £60. An appointment for alterations can also be made with Velvet Queen on the day.
