Over the last four years L&BAWF has cemented it's place as the organiser of the most innovative and inspiring Wedding Fair on the South Coast. We pride ourselves in partnering with exceptional venues that offer couples something unique, special and a bit WOW. We curate and hand pick all the suppliers and design the event to highlight each venues unique offerings and characteristics. From designing and organising a bespoke campaign photoshoot to use in all marketing and managing and co-ordinating all public relations and ticketing, our Host Venues benefit from exposure, marketing, and an event that will bring hundreds of of people through your doors! We are now looking to book venues as much in advance as possible to make the most of promotion at other events and in our printed wedding magazine. WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR HOST VENUES
Quite simply, we need access to your venue! Our big Autumn Fairs take place in a weekend in the Autumn (usually September or October). To give our suppliers the time to create beautiful styled spaces and inspiring pitches ideally access is required from Friday - Sunday. The Fair itself takes place on the Saturday & Sunday. We will also need to schedule a couple more days early on to measure up and map out the space and also to shoot the campaign images. Use of your furniture (tables etc) is appreciated and we are happy to invite your recommended suppliers to apply to exhibit.

Stansted Park hosted the 2024 edition of Lo & Behold Another Wedding Fair in October and we were absolutely thrilled with the whole thing from the first photoshoot through to the exceptional execution of the Fair itself! Ami is fantastic to work with, incredibly organised, has amazing attention to detail and was very respectful of us as the venue. As a historic house we are understandably very protective of our venue and Ami was excellent at really taking that into account, ensuring all suppliers followed our guidelines and worked within our parameters. We felt very well looked after throughout the whole process.
The vision for and design of the Fair blew us away. The marketing photoshoot shots were some of the most beautiful and imaginative we have seen in terms of the mood board and use of colour and lighting in the space. This carried through to the calibre of the suppliers Ami hand-picked for the Fair. Each supplier created a beautiful bespoke setup, it was truly unique to Stansted Park and completely unlike your ‘average’ wedding fair. We invited clients who had already booked the venue as well as all those who had enquired around that time and were happy to see everyone taking so much inspiration from the suppliers in situ. We made a couple of bookings ourselves and made new connections with suppliers for other projects we had been looking at, for example floristry workshops.
We are so happy we worked with Lo & Behold and wouldn’t hesitate in working with Ami again in any capacity!

As a popular wedding venue, we chose to elevate one of our 2024 open days by collaborating with ‘Lo & Behold Another Wedding Fair’. As a business, this was a huge highlight of our year and we hope to hold another event with Ami soon! Ami’s just a pleasure to work with, her creative vision and dedication is a breath of fresh air.
This was one of our busiest wedding events since the opening of our new venue. With Ami’s online following and talent at all things visuals & marketing - we welcomed so many new faces through the door. We were very pleased to have had such an interest in our venue, not just for weddings - but so much more! We converted 8 weddings, including some last minute bookings - as well as a handful of intimate celebrations and engagement parties.

I am delighted to provide a strong recommendation for Lo and Behold Another Wedding Fair as an outstanding wedding fair provider. In October 2022, we had the pleasure of hosting one of their fairs at The Barn at Avington, which was an exceptionally well-organized and highly successful event.
The fair was very well attended and resulted in five confirmed wedding bookings at our venue as a direct outcome.
